Using OTB in the IPMR CPR Reports and IPMDAR Export
There are several steps you need to perform to correctly populate the Reprogramming Adjustment section of the IPMR CPR reports and the IPMDAR export with Over Target Baseline (OTB) values.
These steps are as follows:
- Indicate the OTB amount
- Specify the Reprogramming Adjustments for CV and SV
- Restore the IPMR CPR Format reports

Similar to a contract change amount, you must use the Project Audit Wizard to add the OTB amount. After you define the OTB amount, you can enter the OTB value in the appropriate work packages using the OTB class. - Specify the Reprogramming Adjustments for CV and SV
You must specify the CV and SV values in the appropriate work packages as PM Compass does not calculate them. - Restore the IPMR CPR Format Reports
If you upgrade from a version prior to Cobra 8.5, you must restore the backup reports found in the Samples\Backups folder to use the same cost sets in the IPMR CPR Format 1 and Format 2 reports. If you install a fresh copy of Cobra 8.5, you do not need to restore the reports.
